AI-readable proposals, RFP responses and price sheets
Proposals your buyer’s AI compares on the real numbers
Buyers paste proposals and RFP responses into AI to compare vendors. Publish yours as a verified AI Version so prices, SLAs and terms are read exactly as offered.
The problem
Procurement teams use AI to build comparison tables across vendors. Tiered prices, volume discounts and “starting from” qualifiers are routinely flattened.
A misread price or SLA can lose the deal before a human looks at it.
How The Papers handles it
- Publish the proposal or price sheet (PDF, Word or Excel) as an unlisted AI Version — reachable by link, never indexed.
- Prices keep their currency, unit and qualifiers; tables stay tables.
- Send the link with the PDF; the buyer’s AI reads the canonical version.
Checked against the source
- prices, units and currencies
- tier and volume qualifiers
- SLA figures and dates
Where to put the link
The proposal email and the cover page of the PDF.
Not a converter
The Papers is not a PDF-to-Markdown converter. Conversion is the first step. Before an AI Version is published, its figures, currencies, dates, periods, qualifiers and formulas are checked against the original document, each value keeps a reference to its source page or cell, and anything the source does not settle is put to the document owner instead of guessed.
