Make every AI read your document correctly.

The Papers gives every important document one permanent, Verified AI Version — so ChatGPT, Claude and other AI agents work from the same source of truth.

One document. Many AIs. Many different answers.

ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Siri, local models — each one interprets the same document its own way and decides alone what a number means. You never learn what they got wrong.

Every AI interprets the source on its own

investor-deck.pdf — layout, no agreed meaning

ChatGPT

“Acme’s revenue was $12.4M in 2027.”

Projection read as an actual

Claude

“Acme’s GMV grew 48% year over year.”

Revenue growth became GMV growth

Gemini

“Acme guides $12.4M revenue for FY2027.”

The disclaimer disappeared

Examples of common misreadings — the figures are there, the meaning gets lost. One Verified AI Version gives every reader the same meaning, each figure tied to its source.

Not a converter.Conversion changes a format. The Papers preserves meaning.

Every Verified AI Version is a canonical, machine-readable representation of your document, checked against the original source.

What “Verified” actually means

A document is Verified only when every check passes and nothing critical is unresolved. AI Readiness 0–100 measures faithfulness to the source — not whether its claims are true.

VERIFIED

Not “AI-generated.”
Not “AI-reviewed.”
Checked against the source.

Every figure matched by code

Each number in the AI Version is compared with the source by deterministic checks — not by a model saying it looks right.

$12.4M (p.17) = $12.4M

Meaning, not just digits

Period, currency and what a value describes are checked too: Revenue ≠ GMV, forecast ≠ actual.

Qualifiers stay attached

Disclaimers and footnotes travel with the figures they limit. Dropping one blocks Verified.

No invented precision

If a chart has no printed values, the AI Version describes the trend — never made-up numbers.

You decide the ambiguous

When the page itself can’t settle it, we ask you instead of guessing, and record your answer.

Revenue or GMV? → owner

Every figure cites its page

Markdown carries [Source: p.N]; JSON keeps the exact position on the page.

[Source: p.17]

Read once. Exact forever.

The expensive AI work happens once — when you publish. Every read after that is a static, cached file — no model runs, nothing drifts, and each figure points back to its page.

Read

We map every page — text, tables, footnotes, layout — and keep only the evidence. Vision runs only where a page has no text.

Verify

Every number is matched to the source by code, not by a model. Ambiguity goes to you, never to a guess.

Publish

Canonical Markdown, JSON and llms.txt at a link that never changes. The original file is deleted.

Built for documents where getting a number wrong matters

Fundraising

Pitch decks and financial models

Every investor’s AI reads the same round, the same runway, the same ask.

Board & investors

Board packs and shareholder reports

Quarterly numbers that stay attached to their period and caveats.

Research

Market reports and studies

Sizing and forecasts cited to the page, with sources kept separate from claims.

Legal & deals

Contracts and diligence documents

Terms, amounts and dates that no agent rewrites in its own words.

No subscription. Pay when you publish.

No plans, seats or tiers. The price is locked once you accept it. If processing fails, the attempt is restored automatically — and unused purchases can be refunded within 7 days.

Questions, answered

Is this a PDF to Markdown converter?

No. PDFs and Markdown are inputs; conversion is only the first step. The Papers keeps a canonical model of the document, checks every figure against the source, records where each one came from, and publishes it at a link that stays the same across versions.

Can I get the link before the document is finished?

Yes. Reserve The Papers Link first, place it on slide 2 or the cover sheet with the AI Link Kit, and upload the final file later. The address never changes; until you publish it shows a reserved page.

Which formats are supported?

PDF, PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Markdown. PowerPoint, Excel and Word are read natively — not converted to PDF first. Excel models keep their formulas, named ranges and assumptions.

What does AI Readiness 98/100 mean?

It measures how completely and faithfully the AI Version represents the source — structure, numbers, meaning, tables, charts and qualifiers. It is not a claim that the document itself is true.

Do you keep my PDF?

No. The original is a temporary input. It is deleted as soon as its evidence map is built, and an independent sweep removes any leftover file within 24 hours.

What happens with ambiguous numbers?

If a value could describe two things — Revenue or GMV — and the source does not settle it, we ask you. Your answer is recorded as owner-confirmed. You cannot overrule what the source states explicitly.

Which AI tools can read it?

Any of them. The AI Version is plain Markdown and JSON at a public URL, plus an llms.txt index for your whole Data Room. Nothing depends on one model provider.

Can I edit the AI Version?

Yes, for free. Edited parts are marked as unverified until the next verified update, so readers always know what was checked.

Who can see my documents?

You choose per document: public, unlisted (link only, never listed or indexed) or private (members of your Data Room only).
