Terms of Service
Operator
The Papers is a product of VimoLab (vimolab.io). These Terms are an agreement between you and VimoLab.
Data Rooms
Your first Data Room is free. A free Data Room URL may be released after 12 months without meaningful activity; we warn you about 30 and 7 days before. Your documents are kept and moved to a new address.
Names
We may suspend or reassign names that are deceptive, infringing, impersonating or abusive.
Payments
Document Slots are one-time purchases. Additional Data Rooms are billed yearly and renew automatically until you cancel; cancelling stops the next renewal and the Data Room stays active until the end of the paid period. A quoted processing price is locked when you accept it and you are never charged more. If paid processing fails, the attempt is restored automatically and is not treated as consumed.
Refunds
Refunds are described in the Refund Policy (/legal/refunds), including the 7-Day Unused Purchase Guarantee. That policy is in addition to, and does not limit, any mandatory rights or remedies available under applicable consumer law.
Immediate start
Where the law gives you a right to withdraw from a digital service, you can ask us to start immediately when you pay. We record that request together with the versions of these Terms and the Refund Policy you accepted.
Verification
Verification measures how faithfully an AI Version represents its source. It is not a statement that the source document is true.
Your content
You keep all rights to your documents and grant us the licence needed to process, store and serve them as you configure.
