AI-readable investor relations materials
Earnings materials that AI quotes with the right period and caveats
Earnings decks, annual reports and fact sheets as canonical AI Versions at stable URLs, so AI answers about your company cite your numbers, not a third-party summary.
The problem
Retail and professional investors ask AI assistants about companies. Those answers are assembled from whatever copies of your materials the assistant can find — often stale, often misread.
Non-GAAP measures, guidance language and safe-harbour qualifiers are exactly what gets lost.
How The Papers handles it
- Publish each report as an AI Version on your own domain (ai.yourcompany.com) or on thepapers.link.
- Guidance and forward-looking statements stay classified as forecasts with their qualifiers attached.
- llms.txt and the sitemap make the canonical versions easy for search and AI crawlers to find.
Checked against the source
- GAAP vs non-GAAP labels
- guidance as forecast
- period and currency on every figure
Where to put the link
Your IR site, the press release and the report PDF cover.
Not a converter
The Papers is not a PDF-to-Markdown converter. Conversion is the first step. Before an AI Version is published, its figures, currencies, dates, periods, qualifiers and formulas are checked against the original document, each value keeps a reference to its source page or cell, and anything the source does not settle is put to the document owner instead of guessed.
