AI-readable grant applications and public reports
Grant applications and public reports that reviewers’ AI reads faithfully
Budgets, impact figures and methodology as a verified AI Version with page citations, for funders and evaluators who screen with AI.
The problem
Funders and evaluators increasingly screen applications with AI. Budget tables and impact metrics lose units and periods, and methodology caveats drift away from results.
How The Papers handles it
- Publish the application or report; budgets keep currency and period, impact figures keep their definitions.
- Every figure links to its source page for the evaluator.
Checked against the source
- budget lines and totals
- impact metrics with definitions
- methodology qualifiers
Where to put the link
The submission portal’s link field and the report cover.
Not a converter
The Papers is not a PDF-to-Markdown converter. Conversion is the first step. Before an AI Version is published, its figures, currencies, dates, periods, qualifiers and formulas are checked against the original document, each value keeps a reference to its source page or cell, and anything the source does not settle is put to the document owner instead of guessed.
